Why did you choose to study or intern abroad? And why did you choose your destination? I have always loved to travel and explore and was excited to experience living in a new culture. My older brother had studied abroad in Prague a few years ago and he couldn't stop raving about his time there. From everything that he told me and from his photos, I became much more attached to the idea of going to Prague as well.
What is one new experience you're hoping to have while studying abroad?
Honestly, as the big foodie that I am, trying new foods and deserts in each of the countries that I visit.
What is something you're passionate and excited about?
I love to explore and be outside, so hiking, biking and exploring new cities is something I cannot wait to do. I'm also a huge history buff and unfortunately, I missed out of a lot of important history due to COVID-19, but I'm really excited to learn about historical events from a new perspective.
what class are you most looking forward to taking while studying abroad?
It definitely has to be 'Culture Wars in the West; Politics of the Digital Era.' The internet changes so much in how countries do policy work and its so interesting to me to see how differences in culture play a role in a government's response to specific things.
