Imagine being in the heart of one of the world’s economic centers learning about Asian-Pacific trade and the culture of a global city’s work environment, both in the classroom and at your internship site. That's what you'll do by partaking in the International Business program through CEA CAPA. Choose courses in Management, Marketing, and Finance, participate in a business-related for-credit internship, and have access to the full curriculum at the CEA CAPA Sydney Center.

Program Structure & Courses

You'll enroll in 4-5 courses at the CEA CAPA Sydney Center from the catalog of course options available to you. Elective courses meet for 45 contact hours/3 credits. Overall, you may earn 12-15 credits.

Courses meet Monday through Thursday.

Prior to departure, you will select your preferred courses. You will be enrolled into courses based on their availability. It is in your best interest to have multiple alternative courses approved by your home university prior to your departure due to course availabilities. Please consult with your academic advisor at your home university on credit pre-approval guidelines.

Excursions

Get out and explore! Excursions are offered for most semester, year, and summer programs. Semester students are typically offered between two to three excursions and summer study students are typically offered between one to two excursions. You'll receive a calendar of excursions during orientation; here are a few day and overnight excursions we've offered in the past.
