Throughout my entire study abroad experience, I have been extremely impressed with CEA (and this is not because I am blogging for them). You don't really understand all the little things CEA does that you wouldn't have with another program until you land in a foreign country. Everything form setting up your accommodations, arranging excursions and cultural experiences,
The fact CEA organized and rented me an apartment with roommates for the four months I am here makes a huge difference.

Another thing different about CEA that I didn't find with other study abroad providers is all the excursions they take us on. They really think through all of the cultural aspects and historical experiences every international student should experience in the French Riviera. We did a bus excursion around Nice and Monaco. Learned about wine making at a vineyard with a wine tasting, volunteer on Nettoyons La Nature in Theoule Sur Mer. We even did an overnight trip to Provence and a quick trip to Grasse, the perfume capital of the world.
We recently we celebrated a Thanksgiving dinner at a restaurant all together. The dinner was amazing (of course, we're in France), very different than an America Thanksgiving dinner but the concept of friends gathering together to celebrate what they are thankful for remained the same.
I love muscles! |
We are on the Mediterranean, so fish is basically water |
We could decide between two different appetizers and main course meals. By the way, appetizers in France are entrée (The course that precedes the main course)
I am Thankful to be in Frace with CEA.
