Here is a quick video of what my daily walk from the tram stop to my apartment looks like. I take this tram back home from the Anglo-American University every school day. The tram stop that takes me home is named Anděl (which translates to the English word angel), and it is a pretty busy area in Prague 5. I am very lucky to be living right next to the tram stop, metro station, 3 different grocery stores, a huge shopping mall, restaurants, etc.– all within a five minute walk from my door!
Right now there is even a little Easter craft market that I walk through. They have hand-made decorations, jewelry, trinkets, and of course sausages, potatoes dishes, and sugary trdelníks for desert. They have been set up all around the city for Easter celebration, and I haven't been able to stop myself from buying a yummy treat every time I walk through one!
