Sceneries, Landscapes, and Sites: Oh My!

Europe consists of many beautiful sights and the landscapes that define and make up the beautiful countries within itself. The history of these countries can be told through their nature and land forms.
A view of the mountains along the French Riviera.

Every country has a different style of architecture and landscapes that make it unique. The buildings in every country are different and often overshadow the land that they were built on. My hope is to capture this distinctiveness of land and portray the different landscapes of different countries as well as different cities within France.

Featured are scenery from the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland, the hills of Grasse, the village of St. Paul de Vence in France, and the view of the mountains in the French Riviera. While there are similarities in the scenes of the French Riviera, the contrast of the scenes in Ireland allow for an understanding of the differences of European countries landscapes.

While I try my hardest to capture these sights on my camera, seeing them in person is an incredible experience. It’s amazing to think about how long these landscapes have existed and how they were formed.

Taking a step back and looking at these scenes allows for a new perspective of Europe and its stunning history.
