DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the course is to introduce the students to the Spanish language and to provide them with the tools necessary to communicate both in the written and oral form. The course is designed for absolute beginners in Spanish language. Spanish will be spoken from the first day of class. This way, the students develop their communication skills (speaking, understanding and writing) in Spanish from the first moment. Students will learn how to express needs, to understand and use popular every day expressions as well as simple sentences. At the end of this course the student will be able to understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a specific type. The student will be able to introduce him/herself and others and develop the ability to ask and answer questions about personal details such as likes, preferences and interests, people he/she knows and things he/she has. The student will be able to communicate in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help
