DESCRIPTION
The course aims at presenting the main market and business policies of the European Union and their impact on business companies and consumers. The course will be divided into three parts. The first will familiarize students with the main bodies of EU (ex. Commission, Parliament), whereas the second will focus on EU market and on the main business-related policies of EU (i.e. competition, free circulation). Finally, the third part will discuss the implications of these policies for international business operators, supporting the discussion with case-studies.
