DESCRIPTION
This course allows the students to understand basic notions, based on actual geological issues, the present, past and future of the physical aspects of Earth. It shows the importance of geology in understanding life on Earth and its evolution through its close relations to geological structure, soils, flora and fauna, mining terrestrial and oceanic resources and managing territories.
