Why did you choose to study/intern abroad?
The decision to study abroad in France comes from a combination of my family history, my love for traveling, and the time I have dedicated to taking French courses throughout my education. Having the opportunity to study in a historically rich and beautiful country culturally separate from mine is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity, so I couldn’t pass it up!

Why did you choose your study/intern city?
I have always thought French was a beautiful language, and I have now been studying it for more than eight years. I have also traveled to Paris twice throughout my education, and I have fallen in love with literally everything about the city. Deciding to study in Paris was a no-brainer for me, and it’s just a bonus that I get to wrap up my French language education while I’m there -- finally!

What are you most looking forward to during your abroad experience?
I’m most looking forward to completely immersing myself in French culture, from mastering the language to eating my way through the culinary world and everything else in between. I also can’t wait to visit my friends who are only a short flight away in Florence and Barcelona.

Fun Fact (hobbies, interests, accomplishment, etc.)?
I’m a Ravenclaw. And I have the biggest sweet tooth ever, so catch me chasing every meal with Parisian dessert!
