WHAT'S ONE STORY OR IMPORTANT ASPECT YOU ALWAYS TELL PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR TIME ABROAD?
Before going abroad I was so nervous about making friends and being so far away from home. I had struggled with this in the past so it was very daunting for me. One thing that I decided to do before I arrived was to just say 'yes' to everything. I experienced so many cool places and was able to meet lifelong friends that lived in Spain and the US. Many people think that it is crazy that I loved Spain so much that I decided to go back for another semester, but studying abroad may surprise you in the same way as it did for me.
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?
My favorite class while abroad was Spanish Cuisines as I not only learned about traditional Spanish dishes, but I was also able to learn about how to cook them. We made dishes such as Tortilla de Patata and Gazpacho, which are two very traditional Spanish dishes.
