Why did you choose to study or intern abroad? And why did you choose your destination? I chose to study abroad because I wanted to challenge myself into learning a new language and culture. Being able to speak both English and Japanese while growing up, I've known how valuable it is, and it motivated me to expand my reach to French as well.

What is one new experience you're hoping to have while studying abroad?
I would like to make valuable connections with my peers in school, and get to know the locals in my area. I think good relationships with people are very important in navigating any new experience such as studying abroad, so I would like to continue holding a big value for them.

What is something you're passionate and excited about?
I am passionate about anything creative! I am happiest when I am drawing, painting, taking photos and videos, and crocheting. I also love watching films and shows with my friends and family. My favorite movies are "La La Land" and "Before Sunrise."

what class are you most looking forward to taking while studying abroad?
I am looking forward to my language classes, as I am excited to strengthen my skills so I can converse with local students and peers.
