Bird's Eye View |
Grenoble is famous for its stunning location and its beautiful mountain views. Climbing to the top of the Bastille provides you with one of its most spectacular views.
Champs Elysees |
One of the most famous roads in the world is Les Champs Elysees in Paris. The Eiffel tower is special, but you really feel the Parisian magic when you walk on this busy road.
Friends Forever |
I believe I speak for must study abroad alumni when I say that I made some of my best friends during my time abroad. Distance may separate us, but the bonds we created in the Alps will last a lifetime.
Le France |
Nothing represents France better than the tricolor flag. The famous bleu, blanc, et rouge flies high over the city of Grenoble with pride.
Le Louvre |
The artistic and cultural center of France and, arguably, the world is none other than Le Louvre. This world-famous museum is a must-see for anyone who visits Paris. Just walking in its halls gives you a sense of history, not to mention the plethora of world renowned art decorating the walls.
Silhouette on the River |
This popular location is located right underneath the Bastille in the Notre-Dame quarter of Grenoble. The Isere River separates Grenoble from its neighboring villages and cities, and creates numerous gorgeous views.
Street Walk |
The free expression of street artists is evident in many European cities, and Grenoble is no different. Just walking down the road to run a few errands will expose you to plenty of modern art by Grenoble’s street artists.
The River |
The Isere River has long been a problem for the city of Grenoble, as it has historically jumped its banks and flooded the city. However, levees and channels have created a near flawless system which keeps Grenoble and its citizens dry.
Wall Figure |
Yet another example of beautiful street art in Grenoble, this portrait exemplifies the incredible talent present in the street art scene.
World Street Art |
One of the most overlooked aspects of street art is its ability to send a message. Street artists use their platform to showcase problems that are overlooked in society, and their works can send a powerful message to those who see it.
