You'd think that crossing the street would be the one activity you'd have down pat. You've done it for years, it's a no brainer, right? When every road activity is reversed, it isn't quite as easy as you'd think.
Ireland used to be a part of the United Kingdom, there are many things that they still have from their seven hundred years as part of the UK. One of them is driving on the left side of the road. It took me about two weeks to learn how to correctly cross the street here with the unspoken rules of jaywalking, stop signs, and interactions between cars and pedestrians. If you ever get to come study abroad in Dublin, I hope this video will help make your transition process a bit easier!
