Musical street performers near Trafalgar Square

No matter where you are walking, whether it is in an underground tube station, near one of the many West End theatre buildings or outside of one of London’s numerous museums, you have a very good chance of seeing some type of musical street singer. Music, art and theatre are a huge part of what makes up the true London atmosphere.

Another is, of course, tea! No exaggeration - The British really do drink their tea at all hours of the day. Multiple cups of it, too! Morning, afternoon and night. You simply cannot come to London without have a proper afternoon tea! This photo set captures little snippets of everything that makes up the local culture of London.
