A Mile in My Shoes: The Trek to NUIG

I saw this incredible video a few years ago where someone took a picture every step through a crowded park, and the stop-motion effect of it stuck with me. When I was walking to class one day, it struck me that I never wanted to forget one moment of the long walk to NUIG, which takes a full twenty minutes from my apartment to the main campus. It was crossing the bridge that triggered my memory of the video I had seen in the past, and I knew what I wanted to do. There's so many aspects of this walk; the trees changing color for the fall, the reflection of the clouds in the river, and my favorite, the ruin you get to pass and marvel at how time passes so fast yet so slow all at the same time. Sometimes when something is a part of your daily routine you lose the details in the larger canvas, but now that will not happen for me. I loved making this video and hope you enjoy watching!
