Recently, I went with CEA on a trip to Sevilla and Córdoba in Spain! In these two cities, we explored the Alcázar of Sevilla, the Plaza de España, a beautiful cathedral, and the Mezquita in Córdoba! The architecture and history of the two cities were extremely intriguing!
Amazing architecture at the royal palace in Sevilla, the Aclázar of Sevilla!
A look up at the sky from one of the patios in the Alcázar de Sevilla. The glass was put in to keep out the rain and is not part of the original architecture. You can see the arches that are part of the Moorish architecture.
Arches as we exit part of the Alcázar and head towards the cathedral.
Standing before the cathedral in Sevilla!
The plaza of España! This was built by Spain in 1928 for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929.
A statue of Moses Maimonides in Córdoba, Spain. His shoes have turned golden from all the people that rub them for good luck.
The organ pipes in the Mezquita in Córdoba! Though they look brand new, they're extremely old!

After climbing the tower in the cathedral, you can see the protected patio with all the trees!
Another view from the top of the tower! Here you can see all the architecture of the cathedral.

A view of the fountain that stands in the very center of the Plaza de España.
