Study Abroad with CU Boulder and CEA CAPA

CU Education Abroad partners with CEA CAPA to offer study abroad programs for University of Colorado Boulder students.

CEA CAPA's semester and summer programs provide students with the opportunity to earn CU Boulder in-residence credit while living and learning abroad. Students take courses at study centers and live with other U.S. students in shared apartments throughout the city or in a homestay.

CU Boulder and CEA CAPA partner together for programs in the following destinations:

Application Process

CU Boulder students will only need to complete an application on the CU Education Abroad website. Students should NOT apply on the CEA CAPA website. Accepted students will be shared with CEA CAPA. Students will then work with their assigned CEA CAPA student advisor and gain access to the CEA CAPA Student Portal to complete pre-departure tasks, in addition to CU Education Abroad's MyCUAbroad checklist tasks.
