DESCRIPTION
The module will examine the development of Irish traditional art forms, including the history of traditional Irish music, contemporary Irish plays and playwrights and documentary, film, other audio/visual material, sound recordings and selected readings. Compulsory attendance at, and formal reflection on, the lunchtime Arts in Action concerts/workshops is a core aspect of the module.
