DESCRIPTION

This subject will allow the student to acquire the knowledge to understand the tourist transformation, derived from the irruption of the internet in business or also called the 4th industrial revolution. The course will emphasize explaining and detailing how the emergence of new technologies has acted as a catalyst for a great change creating new business models P2P, B2C, B2B, generating forces and advantages for consumers and customers.

It also will allow the student to understand each vertical tourism 4.0 (airlines, accommodation, activities, land services, experiences, museums, transport, catering) with real examples in the near environment in recent years in the business of small, medium and large Business. This subject will also be the beginning of the creation of work teams to create the projects on which the rest of the subjects will be based. Through the 'Learning by doing' methodology for creating projects, challenges will be carried out that will contribute to developing, planning, through innovation and all areas of the company, guiding each stage of a project from its initial creation, until its market launch.
