DESCRIPTION

The course explores the debate on global distributive justice through close reading of seminal essays in political philosophy and international relations theory. It enriches the analysis through interdisciplinary excursions in economics and psychology. Particular attention will be devoted to the notion of inequality, to the family of justice theories that are called Egalitarian, and to Cosmopolitan theories of IR and global distribution.
