DESCRIPTION
This course engages students in the exploration of consumer behavior, perceptions, attitudes and explores how consumers think. It analyses the customers' mentality including consumer goal directed behaviors, motivations and methods of persuasions.
Students have the opportunity to gain skills in communication and analysis as they engage in the investigation of the underlying factors of consumer behaviors. This course utilizes individual differences and motivational theories to provide students with an insight into how consumers make buying decisions and the various factors, both psychological and social factors, that influence the decision-making process.
