DESCRIPTION
The labor market is in constant metamorphosis and demands flexible and transversal candidates who can adapt to new environments. Borders blur and companies are in need of people with international experience and strong intercultural competences that are able to face the challenges from a culturally open and socially sensitive perspective. The skill to communicate and function in a variety of professional cultures is an essential requirement in a constantly evolving world.
This learning experience helps them gain professional experience in different areas of specialization as well as apply their theoretical knowledge in a culturally different environment while they develop transversal and intercultural competences.
The practical part of the program is complemented by an academic component that provides consistency to the whole experience and serves as the guide for intercultural and professional reflection. Both components will grant students with unique skills for their future and, as they take place in Spanish, they are a great opportunity for students to strengthen their oral and written skills in this language.
*This course is 162 contact hours. Students will be in their internship placement for 150 hours and in the seminar for 12 contact hours.*
