DESCRIPTION
This module addresses a wide range of recent dramatic literature produced across four continents, allowing students to make connections and draw distinctions between plays written and staged in very different cultural contexts. Students will explore concepts such as postcolonial theory, performance theory, and the relationship between the stage and political struggle.
