DESCRIPTION
DHR is one of the Developing Professional Identities portfolio of modules designed to develop 'wicked competences' (Knight, 2007) in learners who participate on these modules. It is an integrated and comprehensive module that explores the role of employee development within the dynamics of the organisation. Learners study national frameworks for workforce development in different countries; identify the role of learning facilitators in developing employee competencies; examine the different techniques that can be used to facilitate learning and highlight some of the constraints on learning and development within organisations.
