This course examines the entire crisis management lifecycle - from prevention and preparedness through response, recovery, and mitigation. Through the use of a toolkit, you will consider challenges faced by business leaders and will develop a complete crisis management plan, including tools and methods to identify potential crises, implement response and mitigation strategies, manage
