DESCRIPTION
This creative writing course offers an experience of cultural and linguistic exploration through a) the discovery of different authors and writing styles (and specific ways of using the French language) and during different periods: classical, modern, and contemporary; b) secondly, the composition of several guided writing exercises, with a progressive degree of complexity throughout the semester. The semester is organized chronologically around 4 themes: 1) Sensations, 2) Materials, 3) Spaces and 4) Identities. Each theme will be associated with the analysis of literary texts, and simultaneously with lived experiences in Provence and the Mediterranean as experienced by the student.
