In this course the students learns about the legal framework and legislation that is applicable on religiuous communities, the financial risks and how to minimize these, internal rules about planning and control, decision making and fiscal aspects or religious communities. The students learn with help of case studies to analyse and evaluate problems and create solutions.within governance and legal principles of both state and applicable religious law.
