DESCRIPTION
This course intends to offer guidance in codes of behaviour and 'rules' of protocol both in every day communication situations, and in business and diplomacy in a multicultural context. It is our aim to equip students with knowledge, skills and protocol awareness to help them to become successful in their future business career.
