DESCRIPTION
English Pronunciation is a subject that addresses the phonological level of English language with a special focus on the English variant called Received Pronunciation (RP) or BBC English. Essential concepts of the segmental and suprasegmental aspects of PR are studied. Students are introduced to phonological transcription. This course offers basic training in learning of English sounds.
