This course is organized in two sequential modules:
- The first one will focus on ERP systems and their impact on firm's strategy and operations.
- The second one will focus on CRM systems and how to use them. This second part will allow you to develop practical skills on CRM systems.
ERP systems represent the backbone of the Information architecture of modern organizations. ERP are complex systems with a substantial impact on firms' performances. Therefore, students need to learn: What ERP are, how this work and what are the challenge in implementing and using such us complex information infrastructures. CRM Systems are the core of sales and marketing activities. The module on CRM will focus on cases and applications.
