This course offers a comprehensive overview of project management incl. the available and prevailing strategies, methods, techniques and tools (toolkits) ? the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). It explains what is the project and project management, overviews project management fundamentals and develops basic project management (with special emphasis paid to project planning) skills through extensive hands-on training.
