DESCRIPTION

The student will
- Diagnose the organization using the different environmental variables.
- Formulate, implement and evaluate strategies for any business related areas of the student's career, taking into account forecasting tools in designing such scenarios.
- Apply entrepreneurial strategic management knowledge to problems in their field of study.
- Develop the ability to select between different strategic alternatives, according to the specific needs of the organization.
