DESCRIPTION

Contracts are daily at the source of obligations (sale, lease, loan, mandate?). An obligation is a legal bond allowing the creditor to exact from the debtor a positive or negative service (obligation of act, means or result, obligation of not acting, necessarily of result, or even obligation of giving). Contractual obligations are subject to a common set of rules: the general system of obligations. There is also a special contract law for each type of contract (sales contract, mandate contract, lease contract, company contract, etc?). It is essential to master common contract law as well as special contract law for the most usual contracts, both in daily and professional life, as a future entrepreneur, sales executive, manager or even as a simple citizen. It is a law that no one can do without? Students must know the process involved in forming a contract.
Students must master the rules of enforcement as well as the penalties in case of contractual breach of performance. Students must be able to identify the most usual types of contracts and know their inherent rules.
