What does a project consist of and what are its different phases? The key topics covered will include consulting as a business, consulting industry and landscape, strategic analysis frameworks, changes of management processes and challenges or internationalization of firms and global strategies. Students will be able to gain an understanding of the consulting process, familiarize themselves with different types of consulting and build the knowledge, experience and confidence necessary for success in a consulting role. The course will provide a brief overview of key analyses necessary for evaluating a company, its weaknesses, potential, position on the market etc. This will be especially useful to students who do not have extensive background in financial analysis and management.
