DESCRIPTION

Food is one of the most important cultural expressions in today's society and the tapa is, possibly, its best example. This course will take place in our kitchen laboratories where we will cook and taste a variety of dishes. Through these dishes, we will discuss the different aspects such as products, producers, history, society, nutrition, culinary technology, quality criteria, etc. All of these aspects are of vital importance in understanding what tapas represent in Spanish culture.
