DESCRIPTION
This course will be taught in English and will focus on French society and business environment. Various topics connected to French culture and French business & Economy will be studied. The course will offer an in-depth analysis of French society through its social organization, territory, political system, educational system, immigration policies, economy and business. This course will also examine the daily life of French people through their environment, their work, their small and large companies and their leisure activities.
The local Grenoble economic and cultural environment will also be studies, analyzed and experienced by students. Students will be asked to compare their experience and their country with France to share their experience here in France as international students. They will also prepare several oral presentations on the identified topics to analyze French society.
