DESCRIPTION
This course is designed for intermediate Chinese learners. By taking this course, students will grasp words, grammar, target sentences and relevant cultural knowledge required at this stage. Students will also be able to acquire the ability to express themselves in both oral and written form. A variety of topics will be covered in this course, such as life styles, viability, social change; goals and aspirations, which may help students understand more about Chinese culture and society while learning the language. Authentic materials will be used in class from time to time. Tasks will be given both in and out of class to encourage students to see things in different points of view.
