DESCRIPTION
The course introduces the topical developments and challenges in international law in light of current world affairs. It provides the students both the substantive knowledge of international legal norms and the understanding of dynamism and evolutive nature of international legal order. Law shall react to new global challenges and reflect the maturation of global values. Topical issues such as artificial intelligence and human rights, space security and hybrid counterspace threats, climate change and international regulation or the multistakeholderism will be addressed. The course will strengthen the students? comprehensive understanding of the world topics and the capacity of argumentation and critical analysis.
