DESCRIPTION
PROGRAMME: 1. Original tissue properties, study of cultured tissues properties. 2. Prokaryotic and eukaryotic cell culture. 3. Non-human cell cultures: Biotechnological applications. 4. Human cell culture: allogeneic, autologous and xenogenic cells: transplantation and rejection 5. Human stem cell cultures: Embryonic and adult stem cells. iPS. 6. Tissue culture in 2D and 3D. 7. Bioreactors. 8. Tissue mechanics and Mechanotransduction. 9. Tissue on a chip, Organ on a chip and human on a chip (disease modeling). 10. Recombinant DNA technology: Recombinant growth factor (morphogens and angiogenic factors). 11. Genetic engineering: transgenic animals as biofactories and gene therapy. 12. Current applications and Goverment regulations for Engineered tissues.
