DESCRIPTION
This course is designed to give students a comprehensive view of communication, its scope and importance in business. Will be addressed both verbal and written communication in applications such as telephone etiquette,email writing and building effective and persuasive presentations. Additionally, students will discover the cross-cultural factors and interpersonal skills that can modify the communication.
