DESCRIPTION
This course is the second in a series of four modules (L1 to M1) providing an introduction to management research as part of a progressive approach to acquiring research skills. Taken together, these modules aim to improve students' research skills in support of business decision-making; they should enable them to develop the skills needed to capture theory in order to shed light on or understand a phenomenon, formulate conceptualized analyses and contribute to anticipation and innovation. To facilitate learning, these stages will be guided and supervised, and will focus on specific themes proposed by the teacher, during group work only. The teaching approach is based on a combination of lectures and supervised group work. As far as possible, this work is carried out in the context of a teaching scenario, with the aim of encouraging students to work together on a project. This second year focuses on the preparation of a literature review, based on an initial question put forward by the professor.
