DESCRIPTION
This course aims to help students understand the importance, structure, functions, operation, and challenges of the international financial markets. The course introduces today's international regulatory framework as well as the characteristics and the main participants of financial markets. The basic thrust of this course is to provide a conceptual framework within which the essential financial decisions of governments, international banks and institutions and multinational firms can be understood.
