DESCRIPTION
The concept of Professional Practice enables diverse learners to work with their identities development process in the context of the classroom experience, especially in a rapidly changing and global world. This will inform the introduction of core theoretical concepts central to understanding the functions of management, gaining an appreciation of the complexities of understanding people and behaviour within organisations, with a focus on the similarities and differences between individuals and groups in organisations.
