DESCRIPTION
The complexity of managing people in international teams needs the understanding of many elements that interact in different levels. This course brings a global approach to Team Management that evidences that complexity in the context of international labor. For this reason, the contents will be divided in three major aspects:
i). The personal aspect and the individual characteristics
ii). The corporate aspect and the organizational systems
iii). The managerial aspect and the tools for managing teams effectively
The objective of this course is that each student is able to identify all the elements associated with team performance, and understand their one?s own performance within teams in organizational environments. At the end of the course participants will have an awareness of their skills that affect their interactions inside the group, whilst bearing in mind the organizational strategy and the wellbeing of the employees.
