DESCRIPTION
This course is designed for students who have a strong grasp of the Spanish language but lack necessary grammar skills. Topics covered include phonetics, phonology, orthography, morphology and syntax, nouns, articles, pronouns, verb tenses including subjunctive and imperative, adverbs, prepositions, and conjunctions. Students will be expected to attend a conference or an exhibit of books and paintings and write a short summary about it. Students are evaluated by at least two exams: the mid-term and final exam.
