DESCRIPTION
This course is divided into 25 topics covering the evolution of Spanish painting from the end of the16th Century through the 20th Century. Such artists as El Greco, Goya, Ribera, Velázquez and Picasso will be covered. Students will present two papers over the course of the semester.
