DESCRIPTION

Latin America for more than five hundred years joined in an accidental way to a historical complex and enormous project, of European origin: the modernity. This process, as exploratory experience, then warlike, political and economic, has laid the foundations of the colonial states, which in her constitution preserve in the 21st century many of the present logics from the origins: exclusion and economic, political, cultural and social repression against aborigens, blacks and women, who continue being the lowest cap of our Latin-American societies, due to the problems that they present in the access to the resources, to the education, and to the qualified work.
