Career Integration 2015: Reviewing the Impact of Experience Abroad on Employment

This journal was organized around a set of questions (rather than answers), reflecting our shared perception that the drive and desire to connect education abroad and career development is not a simple matter. The intention was to foster and continue a dialogue about the career connection to learning abroad before, during, and after the experience. The challenge we face is to redefine education abroad so it retains key academic and liberal educational values while simultaneously identifying and developing skills that will enhance employability and career success.
