Position Description

Explore the multifaceted realm of Politics and Public Service, where government policies are shaped and essential public services are delivered. Some duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Assisting with Policy Research: Help gather and organize information on policy issues by reviewing documents, summarizing research findings, and supporting policy analysis.

2. Supporting Public Outreach: Assist in public outreach efforts by organizing events, preparing informational materials, and managing communication with community stakeholders.

3. Managing Legislative Correspondence: Help manage correspondence related to legislative activities by drafting responses, tracking communications, and ensuring timely follow-up.

4. Coordinating Community Engagement: Assist in coordinating community engagement activities by scheduling meetings, organizing community forums, and documenting feedback from public interactions.

5. Updating Public Records: Help maintain and update public records, such as meeting minutes, policy documents, and legislative reports, ensuring that all information is accurate and accessible.
