HOW DID YOU ENGAGE WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WHILE ABROAD?
I lived in the east end and was able to grocery shop with east-end locals. In one of my classes, we went to a few mosques and were able to interact with the local members of the mosque.
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS WHILE ABROAD, AND WHY?
Britain in the twentieth century. I loved this class because the teacher was amazing and my knowledge of British history grew so much and the out-of-classroom experiences I had in this class were some of my favorites. The best example was going to the Churchill War Rooms.
